Wines are dispensed using wine-specific draught systems with 304SS grade fittings, specialized tubing, and standard stainless steel US Sankey type D (beer) valves. Long draw beer systems can be converted pending temperature control. The wine is pushed using an inert gas blend of 25% CO2 and 75% Nitrogen (Beergas).
Micro Matic and Perlick are the industry leaders and have many direct draw kegerator options. All-inclusive dispenser units can be set up for 2-8 taps. With dual regulated zones to keep the perfect temperature per wine style. Faucets, tubing, fittings, clamps, and cleaning agents are also available.
