Sparklet is a line of estate grown and bottled sparkling wines produced by Sauvage Spectrum focused on fun, fruit forward, & affordability. All of the Sparklet Wines are handcrafted blends, which make interesting wines with the most unique flavors possible. Our proprietary blend of grapes are fermented and finished in our custom built high pressure tanks to achieve Colorado's first and only low-cost sparkling wine. Inspired by the tradition of picking grapes early to retain acidity. Our high desert terroir lends fuller body and more flavor than your typical sparkling wines from other regions. We further age the base wines once fermented on the lees in tank before bottling with minimal sulfite additions. Celebrate every day!
